At LAVA TV, we are committed to providing the best IPTV experience with premium 4K channels and unmatched reliability.

Refunds are available only under the following conditions:

• You reported a technical issue that we failed to resolve within 48 hours.
• Your account did not activate after payment, and our team did not respond within 24 hours.
• You did not use the subscription for more than 24 hours (no more than 1 day usage).

Refunds will NOT be issued if:

• You are using unsupported or unstable devices/apps (like old IPTV apps).
• Your internet connection is poor, blocked, or behind VPN restrictions.
• You used the trial and were satisfied but requested a refund afterward.
